Role Purpose

Zain Iraq is actively recruiting to hire a social media Officer who is responsible for maintaining relationships with marketing agencies, Creating /developing Marketing Advertising material, and following up with Marketing agencies on materials production & execution. The position is responsible for running social media channel activities according to the plan set by commercial departments and the Head of Marketing and working in coordination with Customer Service.

Responsibilities
  • Understand Brand Management, digital strategy, and Social Media / Media Relations and PR / Marketing Communication Strategy and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets in social media and community management areas

  • Implement Social Media policies and procedures

  • Communicate all of the fans over social media channels, replay, and achieve all of those fans satisfaction

  • Monitor all of the social community shares of voice and share it back with the management

  • Weekly social channels calendars arrangement, and making sure from pushing them on time plus weekly reports delivery  

  • Monitor customers complaints and queries received online and on social media channels and forward all cases to direct supervisor Customer Service teams

  • Handle community management activities and provide support on social calendars arrangement, recommendation on activities to improve engagement and social media presence as needed

  • Alert Customer Service and Marketing team on issues including a massive audience or a major subject related with the brand and company instantaneously.
