About the Role

We are currently looking for a fresh graduate to join the Consumer Business Department on a one-year internship contract under the Generation Z25 - Zain Youth Program, who is willing to go the extra mile, someone who will exceed expectations, proactively foster effective teamwork, and who will eventually become a leader at Zain. Our mission is to prepare the leaders of tomorrow, today.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining the features, packages, and pricing models for the Premium Support Service based on market research and customer feedback.

  • Conduct research on competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends related to premium customer support services.

  • Collaborate on brainstorming sessions and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

  • Support the design of the customer journey and service touchpoints, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing support.

  • Map out the customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the service meets usability and performance expectations.

  • Work closely with customer support teams to address early-stage service feedback.

What We Need From You

A Bachelor's degree in: Industrial Engineering, marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.

  • Good understanding of telecom industry trends and consumer behavior.

  • Team player with an agile mindset, eager to collaborate across departments.

  • Strong communication and project coordination skills.
