About the Role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Governance, Risk and Compliance Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Supports the team in designing and maintaining business processes across all departments to ensure process effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Develop, write, and maintain business policies, procedures, and guidelines documents for Zain processes.

  • Assist the team in the improvement projects carried out within the organization by gathering information, identifying pain areas, following up on corrective actions, and properly communicating with process stakeholders.

  • Assist the team in the automation projects carried out through business requirements gathering, modeling the solution design, following up on solution development, testing, and validating the automation solution to ensure a successful application.

  • Research best practices and tools to help improve business processes.

What We Need From You

A bachelor's degree in: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or any related field.

Soft Skills:

  • Effective Communication: Clearly articulate process insights, testing results, and data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work well in cross-functional teams, contributing to discussions during process mapping, testing sessions, and project management meetings.

  • Time Management: Effectively prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines, especially when balancing process documentation, data analysis, and testing activities.

Technical Skills:

  • Process Mapping & Documentation: Ability to understand and create clear process flow diagrams using tools like Microsoft Visio

  • Data Analysis: Demonstrates the ability to effectively identify and utilize general and/or instrumented data analysis approaches, techniques and tools as suitable for regular business processes and operational problems to reach desired results.

  • Documenting & Reporting: Applies and uses various techniques in documenting, recording and reporting information in written and/ or electronic formats while providing the required details in a professional way for appropriately accomplishing the task at hand.

  • Knowledge in Policies & Procedures: Understands the implications of related policies and procedures on the operations and ensures their proper implementation.

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Automation Processes: Involvement in testing and validating automated workflows to ensure they meet business requirements
