About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong consultancy background, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives to support the company's growth and objectives.

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define business goals, and develop strategies to achieve these goals.

• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with stakeholders across the organization.

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve processes, products, and services.

• Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and best practices to inform strategic decisions.

• Knowledge of the telecom industry in Kuwait.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a similar role.

Bachelor’s degree: in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
