Role Purpose

Zain Iraq Is Actively recruiting to hire a Senior UI/UX Developer to design and enhance intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers and engineers to create visually appealing and highly functional interfaces, ensuring seamless navigation and usability.

Key Accountabilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements with product and engineering teams.

• Create UI mockups, prototypes, and wireframes to illustrate design concepts.

• Design navigation elements, search fields, menus, and widgets for a seamless user experience.

• Develop original and creative graphic designs that align with brand guidelines.

• Conduct A/B testing and usability evaluations to optimize user interactions.

• Identify and resolve UX issues based on user feedback.

• Ensure adherence to style standards for fonts, colors, and images.

• Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices, advocating for design improvements.

• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX development and design.

• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and front-end development.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience in telecommunications industry is a plus.
