Roaming & Interconnect Specialist

Roaming and interconnect Specialist will be responsible for Zain South Sudan Roaming & Interconnection Operations & strategy as well as partnerships with global and local partners to grow a profitable interconnection & roaming business. Ensure optimal response to market changes and trends while assuring smooth operations of roaming by working with the technical departments to implement the tools, reporting and monitoring teams and processes for a high quality of service.

Roaming and Interconnect Specialist

•  P2P Int'l deals with strategic SMS HUB to maximize revenues and maintain Zain South Sudan leadership position.
• Assist in SMS pricing structures.
• Invoicing, settlements and discount implementation with partners.
• Regular Traffic distribution by choosing the best prices for quality routes and services.
• Whitelisting local web2SMS Enterprise sender IDs internationally to create business opportunities. •    Maintain International Toll free agreement deals with TE and international carriers.
•    Negotiate national Toll free agreement deals with TE and local companies.
•    Ensures that product launch activities and related processes are properly implemented
•    Invoicing, settlements and discount implementation with partners.
