Marketing Research & Analysis Specialist

The Marketing Research & Analysis Specialist is responsible for the conducts of marketing survey and check the accuracy of input and output of the data for sites business case analysis and to makes sure that plans are realistic and properly implemented and to detect all related issue within different departments and seeks to find out all possible supportive data about the research.

  • Responsible for overseeing the collection, and interpretation of data by transferring data into a new format to make it more appropriate for analysis and marketing activations.

  • Surveying and collecting data for network expansion in new potential sites.

  • Managing supports research staff members who are responsible for collecting data for research projects.

  • Analysing past research projects to identify areas for improvement in future research efforts.

  • Continues traveling throughout South Sudan Zain Telecommunication sites for data gathering to strengthen Zain its services through evaluation approaches.

  • Use these insights to influence how company can approaches a business challenge. Also, monitoring and managing cross-selling and up-selling campaigns enhance the active base percentages.

  • Provide regular market research plans, actions, trends, and competitors activities as well as creating market reports and updating them regularly to provide insights on the market status and assist in the decision-making process.

  • Gathering, analyzing data and reports and dashboards to present information and KPIs to optimize CVM activities.

  • Regularly conducts market research campaigns and act upon the findings with the management.

  • Visualize data in the most effective way possible for a given use-case.

  • Building tools to automate data collection.
