Role Purpose
Zain Iraq is actively recruiting to hire a Business Excellence Specialist, the primary purpose is to champion and facilitate the implementation of business excellence practices within the organization. This role is dedicated to optimizing processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Business Excellence Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for enhancement, analyze performance metrics, and deploy strategies to drive excellence in quality, customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with departmental managers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on existing processes and performance bottlenecks.
Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.
Utilize best practice methodologies to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of excellence.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and evaluate the impact of implemented changes.
Collect and analyze data related to key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Provide training, coaching, and support to employees on process improvement methodologies and tools.
Act as change agent by promoting a mindset of innovation, adaptability, and continuous learning throughout the organization.
Collaborate with external partners, consultants, and vendors to leverage expertise and resources for business excellence initiatives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management to facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.
Education, Experience and Competencies
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 proven experience in process improvement, quality management, or business excellence roles.
Specialized Training: Courses or certifications in quality management systems (such as Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO standards), project management, process improvement methodologies, and business analysis can be highly beneficial.
