About the Role

ICT Specialist in the B2B division plays a crucial role in driving business growth by supporting the sales team with expertise in ICT/ telecom solutions. The role collaborates closely with potential clients, understanding their unique requirements and presenting compelling proposals that align with their business objectives.

Main Responsibilities & Duties
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with potential clients in the B2B sector.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' telecom infrastructure requirements.

  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive telecom solutions.

  • Create and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our telecom products and services.

  • Developing solutions and customized proposals based on client needs.

  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet client specifications.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

  • Provide clients with expert advice on telecom, ICT/ELV solutions, addressing technical queries and concerns.

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between the Pre-Sales and Sales teams.

  • Participate in internal meetings to share market insights and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Monitor the telecom market, identifying potential business opportunities and challenges.

  • Analyze competitors' offerings and market trends to inform strategy.

  • Perform other related tasks as required.

  • Participate in RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs and liaising with sales and Products team to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.

  • Provide architecture and design governance across the design and delivery of the required services.

  • Ensure that the end-to-end design documentation is maintained and kept up to date

  • Building and maintaining professional relationship with local and international ICT /ELV solutions providers.

  • Cooperating with external partners to create new business opportunities within B2B sector.

  • Perform any other related tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B in a Pre-Sales or similar role within the telecom industry.

Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of telecom technologies, networks, and solutions and ELV Solutions.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
