Call Center Supervisor
Supervise the call center representatives to ensure customers obtain prompt service, accurate information, and resolution of complaints. Increase the knowledge, expertise and productivity of the CSR’s under their direct responsibility. Also Manage contact center environment and perform operation process.
Call Center Supervisor
1.Set and agree performance objectives for whole team and individuals
2. Track individual performance of CSR’s through: call quality monitoring, ACD statistics, on-the-job observation and overall productivity etc
3. Give feedback on performance
4. To liaise closely with internal customers/colleagues to ensure that Marketing Campaigns are planned to minimize the risk of de-stabilisation to the business.
