About the Role

The Digital Analytics Lead is responsible for driving the organization's data-driven decision-making by managing digital analytics tools, generating actionable insights, and optimizing digital channel performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools and technologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business outcomes through precise measurement, reporting, and strategy development.

Main Responsibilities & Duties
  • Data Management & Integration:

    • Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of digital analytics platforms.

    • Manage data collection processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards.

    • Integrate analytics tools and data sources to create a comprehensive digital performance measurement framework.

  • Performance Analysis & Insights:

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and digital metrics across platforms to assess campaign effectiveness and user behavior.

    • Analyze data trends to uncover insights and opportunities for optimization.

    • Provide recommendations to improve digital experiences and drive conversions.

  • Collaboration & Strategy Development:

    • Partner with marketing, product, and BI teams to align analytics strategies with business goals.

    • Develop and present dashboards, visualizations, and performance reports for stakeholders.

    • Contribute to the creation of data-driven strategies for customer engagement and retention.

  • Tool Utilization & Automation:

    • Implement and optimize tools for customer engagement, mobile performance measurement, and workflow automation.

    • Leverage emerging technologies to enhance data connectivity and reporting efficiency.

  • Stay Current with Industry Trends:

    • Keep up-to-date with advancements in digital analytics, tools, and methodologies.

    • Recommend and implement innovative approaches to improve analytics capabilities.

Skill and Knowledge
  • Experience with customer engagement platforms and mobile measurement tools.

  • Familiarity with workflow automation and application performance monitoring tools.

  • knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices.

  • Proficiency in analytics platforms and data visualization tools.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance optimization.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, data management, or a similar role.
