About the Role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Technology and Digital Innovation Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

• Design automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization.

• Script and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues. In addition to that, develop machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions.

• Review the code, design and providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems.

• Configure new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools.

• Document the automation procedures, process, and upload them through SharePoint system.

• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions after development phase and monitoring robots’ operations, processes, servers on daily basis.

What We Need From You

A Bachelor's degree in: Computer science, computer engineering, software engineering and any major related to IT.

Soft skills:

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Good communication with follow up and coordination skills.

• Strong analytical thinking skills.

• Problem solving skills

Technical skills:

• Python Programming

• Oracle SQL

• Artificial Intelligence, ML or LLMs.

• Additional programming languages are a plus.

• UiPath Development is a plus.
