Role Purpose

Zain Iraq is Actively recruiting to hire Facilities Administration and Operations Coordinator who will support facilities administration activities by implementing appropriate related rules and regulations, making spot checks to verify quality of service, and reporting any in-compliances.  Jobs in this family will support fleet activities including service and maintenance, making routine and periodical assessments to ensure the readiness and availability of fleet vehicles upon need.

Key Accountabilities
  • Understand General Services strategy and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets

  • Implement and suggest improvements to General Services policies and procedures to carry out work in a controlled and consistent manner

  • Keeping administration Management records in Data Base up to date. 

  • Responsible for following up assigned janitorial and cleaning services in zain buildings and accommodations.

  • Responsible for submitting weekly and monthly reports demonstrating all activities,provided during the period.

  • Communicate with expats employees, to answer all hospitality questions, provide a service required , informing management dirctions cocering their accommodation .

  • Responsible for the vendor's payment and evaluation process for the accomplished works based on Admin management directions .

  • Responsible for admin material distribution acctivies movement from store to zain locations and updating the sys.

  • Daily visits and inspections for zain locations and auditing all adminstraton acctivites on spot.

  • Caulating monthly material consumption for zain locations and providing the technical recomondations to planning team.

  • Responsible for submitting department PRs on ERP system

Education, Experience and Competencies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  •  A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with at least 2 year in a similar role
