Job Title:                          Digital & Electronic Sales Channels Planning Team leader

Reports to:                         Digital & Electronic Sales Channels Manager

 

Job Purpose:

Responsible for planning, developing and executing strategies to optimize digital / Electronic sales channels. Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement partnerships integration & solutions that enhance customer experience and drive Digital / Electronic Sales performance. Also managing & implementing the commission schema and its financial liabilities & tasks.

 

Key Accountabilities and Tasks:

  • Plan, develop, and execute strategies to optimize digital and electronic sales channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement partnership integrations and solutions that enhance customer experience and drive digital/electronic sales performance.

  • Oversee the entire process of contract requests and renewals with banks and mobile app companies, ensuring seamless execution.

  • Manage the technical integration process for digital channels in coordination with IT teams, ensuring smooth handover to operations.

  • Maximize sales revenue and achieve cost savings through strategic planning and execution.

  • Create and lead team efforts to maximize the sell-through of company products within digital channels.

  • Manage and monitor the commission schema, ensuring financial liabilities and tasks are efficiently handled.

  • Engage in efficient planning and targeted operational optimization, leveraging qualified partnerships to unlock growth opportunities and drive sustained success in the digital marketplace.

  • Plan and oversee the activities and performance of digital channel sales, setting expectations, and providing guidance and direction.

  • Establish a clear strategy with partners early in the engagement lifecycle, ensuring long-term success.

  • Collaborate closely with commercial business development, finance, procurement, technology, IN operations, RA, and all relevant teams within Zain to maximize digital sales performance.

  • Enhance and review all agreements and SLAs with digital partners to ensure mutual benefits.

  • Focus on effective monitoring and management of digital and electronic sales channels for better performance.

  • Ensure all budget plans and business strategies are aligned with company goals.

  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of electronic sales channels in the market, providing actionable insights.

  • Ensure timely preparation and distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital/electronic sales planning, strategy development, or related areas.

  • Proven results-oriented mindset, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong aptitude for learning and implementing new technology tools and platforms to enhance digital sales strategies and operations.

  • Prior experience in customer service, help desk support, technical support, or training roles is highly desirable, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
