Job Title:                          Digital & Electronic Sales Channels Manager

Reports to:                         Regional & Indirect Sales Director

 

Job Purpose:

Lead the section, planning & overseeing partnerships with digital Sales providers as well as planning & managing electronic sales channel. Develops and implements strategies to drive digital & electronic sales and ensure smooth operations across all channels, managing and monitoring the commission schema and its financial liabilities & tasks.

 

Key Accountabilities and Tasks:

  • Align with Zain and Commercial's strategic goals to expand the digital footprint and enhance product availability.

  • Maximize sales revenue while driving cost efficiency across digital and electronic sales channels.

  • Develop and implement strategies to boost the sell-through of company products within digital channels, leading the team in these efforts.

  • Manage and monitor the commission schema, ensuring accurate financial tracking and accountability.

  • Plan and optimize operations by leveraging strategic partnerships, unlocking growth opportunities, and driving sustained success in the dynamic digital marketplace.

  • Direct the activities and performance of the digital sales channels, setting clear expectations, and providing guidance and direction to the team.

  • Establish a clear strategy with partners early in the engagement lifecycle, ensuring alignment and mutual goals.

  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Business Development, Finance, Procurement, Technology, IN Operations, Revenue Assurance (RA), and all relevant departments within Zain to maximize digital sales.

  • Review and enhance all agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with digital partners to ensure they meet business objectives.

  • Monitor and manage the performance of digital and electronic sales channels to ensure operational excellence.

  • Ensure that all budgeting and business planning align with the overall Zain strategy and objectives.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on all electronic sales channels within the market to inform strategy and decision-making.

What We Need From You

Personal Specifications

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, particularly in digital sales channels, electronic sales, e-commerce, or similar fields.

  • Strong planning and strategic management skills, with a proven ability to develop and execute digital and electronic sales strategies.

  • Proven result-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and implement new technology tools to optimize digital sales operations and drive e-commerce growth.

  • Prior experience in customer service, help desk support, technical support, or training is highly desirable, showcasing strong interpersonal and technical skills in an e-commerce environment.

  • Experience in e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies, with a strong understanding of online consumer behavior and market trends.
