Role propose

Zain Iraq is Actively recruiting to hire Head of HR North and Kurdistan Unit who is Responsible for overseeing Human Resources Administration, including policy development, employee services, records management, and regional hiring processes. Ensures operational excellence, compliance, and employee satisfaction while aligning HR activities with organizational objectives.

Key Accountabilities
  • Oversee and coordinate Human Resources Administration activities in collaboration with the Human Resources Operations,. Continuously monitor progress toward organizational and unit objectives, providing performance evaluations and recommending improvements.

  •  Develop and implement HR Administration policies and procedures to meet organizational needs while delivering high-quality services.

  •  Manage daily operations of the HR Administration Unit, fostering teamwork, aligning processes with organizational goals, and maintaining a motivated and high-performing work environment.

  •  Supervise the Unit by setting individual objectives, managing performance, providing feedback and appraisals, motivating staff, and guiding training programs to enhance performance and career growth.

  •  Maintain and manage accurate staff master file records for easy retrieval and ensure the proper administration of processes such as leave, vacation, absence, and other status-related documentation.

  •   Provide employee services such as timely issuance of documents and certificates, ensuring internal customer satisfaction.

  •  Manage administrative paperwork channels, ensuring timely and accurate processing, while safeguarding HR-related documents to maintain employee privacy and HR professionalism.

  •  Supervise HR activities in regional offices, acting as a primary point of contact for employee requests, and fostering satisfaction among regional staff.

  •  Lead the hiring process within the region in coordination with the Baghdad Talent Acquisition team, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, onboarding, and preparing related documentation.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualifications       

  • bachelor’s degree in human resources-related field or equivalent

Experience       

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a similar role
