Role Purpose

Zain Iraq is Actively recruiting to hire  Youth & Customer Management Kurdistan Professional who are responsible for collecting and participating in the analysis of information related to marketing planning, research, and development. They understand and abide by applicable policies and procedures with the aim of the achievement of plans and objectives. They also maintain relationships with suppliers and partners as per the pre-established SLAs.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor the performance of launched youth products/services, analyzing KPIs to identify areas for improvement.

  • Generate performance reports with actionable insights to enhance offerings and profitability.

  • Contribute to the development and launch of new youth-oriented products, crafting business cases and collaborating with technology teams to meet technical and market needs.

  • Assist in reintroducing existing products that need market re-engagement or improvement.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine product positioning and drive customer interest through targeted campaigns.

  • Implement market research and geo-marketing strategies tailored to the youth segment.

  • Evaluate potential VAS partners to enhance the product portfolio for youth.

  • Identify and propose innovative technologies and ideas to maintain competitiveness in the youth market.

  • Provide user manuals and training materials for Sales and Customer Care teams to support seamless adoption of youth-focused telecom products.

Education, Experience, and Competencies
