About the Role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Technology and Digital Innovation Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

• Perform system integration tests for commercial products, IT projects and make sure that they are free of bugs.

• Work on Quality Assurance Automation to accelerate the testing process and enhance time to market.

• Automate manual procedures and processes using latest technologies in the market to reduce human manual works.

• Handling customer cases and complaints received though IT systems, then analyzing and resolving them in a timely and professional manner.

• Communicating with technical and customer related functions regarding resolving customer complaints and requests and expediting their resolution

What We Need From You

A Bachelor's degree in: Computer science, computer engineering, software engineering and any major related to IT.

• Good communication with follow up and coordination skills.

• Strong analytical thinking skills.

• Problem solving skills

Technical skills:

• Good knowledge in object-oriented programing languages.

• Good knowledge in database and SQL commands.

• Good knowledge in testing automation tools.
