Role Purpose

Zain Iraq is Actively recruiting to hire Direct Sales Support Operation OfficerThe person at this level is responsible for highlighting critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports. Communicate these results to the Supervisor and provide suggestions based on his findings and contributes to the improvement by gathering and analyzing different data sources, preparing reports, and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process.

Responsibilities
  • Create, develop, and enhance all the required reports of the Direct Sales dept.

  • Create templates and guidelines which will help the team to reach results more easily.

  • Gather all the required data from the team leaders on a Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as per business requirements.

  • Monitor sales performance periodically and provide feedback to his supervisor.

  • Fulfil ad hoc analysis requests about tactical/strategic management decisions related to sales.

  • Prepare, and create, all the reports related to Direct Sales, targets, and achievements to provide the Direct Sales management with a clear vision.

  • Preparing, and creating all the commercial reports periodically per the business requirements.

  • Managing the report of customer satisfaction measurements like Definitions VOC (Voice of Customer).

  • Gathering all the required data from systems, Business intelligence, Atoms, VOC (Voice of Customer), Q-Matic, ETC.

Education, Experience and Competencies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business administration-related field or equivalent

 

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
