About the Role

Job Title:                                             HAC Development Advance Specialist

Reports to:                                         HAC Manager

 

 

Job Purpose:

Plan and develop ideas for HAC segment. Coordinate the marketing effort of newly launched by performing the following duties. This job responsibility lies under acquiring/stimulating HAC KPI’s (new acquisitions & new airtime revenue). It also involves maintaining a healthy balance between exiting products & new upcoming ones and assist in developing value and sustaining the customer/revenue for HAC segment.

 

Key Tasks/Accountabilities:

 

  1. Develop and implement strategies to attract high ARPU customers, aligning with Zain Sudan's overall business goals.

  2. Develop and execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long range and coordinate at all stages with ENG, IT, FIN, Sales for HAC

  3. Prepare and manage preparation of new segmented products layout from the concept development to final value proposition and launch.

  4. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities within the HAC segment.

  5. Monitor success & progress of new products based on factors such as market appealing, serviceability, cost, profitability, penetration & growth opportunities and deliver performance reports.

  6. Generate monthly, quarterly, and statistical reports against budget/business case on sold/activated/new additions/revenues of HAC and drive insights for needs and upcoming developments.

  7. To create and develop internal and external awareness for all newly launched products.

  8. Continuously monitor overall market for loyalty, satisfaction, threats, and recommendations.

  9. Accountable for budgeted KPI’s (new customers count, MOU & revenue)

    10.  Monitor all new HAC products life cycles and profitability.

  10. Identify new activations market share issues at regional levels and rectify these issues for timely resolutions (with suggested plans)

  11. To create and develop internal and external awareness for HAC segment based on maximized value to drive the segment’s unique identity.

  12. Identify HAC needs and dissatisfaction factors and prepare responses to enhance acquisition and growth of new.

  13. Manage and coordinate with sales department on commission scheme, and continuously monitor direct impact on newly launched customers and value.

    15.  Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within his/her responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policies.

  14. Manage and implement all strategic responsibility as highlighted in annual strategic plan.

    17.  Campaign Management: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at high ARPU customers, ensuring effective use of resources and budget.

    18.  Customer Experience: Enhance the customer experience for high ARPU customers through personalized products, and exclusive offers that increase the segments appealing and attraction to new customers.

    19.  Collaborate with Commercial department units to ensure cohesive strategies.

  • Contribution to development of Annual Marketing Plan and development of marketing strategies, policies and processes

 

What We Need From You

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Relevant professional Marketing/Business qualification essential

  • MBA or Business/Marketing/Product Development and Management degree or B.Sc. in Economics or relevant field.

  • At least 5 years of relevant marketing or commercial product development and management

  • Demonstrated strong track record of hands-on success in major new product launches.

Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of Sudan market dynamics and familiarity with Zain's business strategy, goals, and competitive landscape.

  • Sound Knowledge of current best practice methodologies around product development, business analysis, market research methods and approaches.

  • Relevant IT and Telecom Domain understanding

  • Mobile Telecommunications and product knowledge

 

 

Skills:

  • Highly developed communication and reporting skills (verbal and written)

  • Planning analysis skills

  • Highly developed skills in use of relevant IT packages including Excel, Access, Word, Power Point etc.

  • Proficient in utilizing data analysis tools such as Tableau and Power BI for in-depth insights and reporting.

  • Design skills in research and evaluation.
