Accountable for effective and efficient operating and maintaining of ZAIN’s reports and KPI through by Self-service portal or by Dashboards reports/KPIs to the business users which help them in making business right decisions.

Managing the business use cases and utilizing AI/ML algorithms on all data mining aspects.

1. Managing BI and Self-service teams effectively and validating the delivery of business reports/KPIs.

2. Data Science knowledge to manage the data scientists on their daily tasks.

3. Managing the planned projects and data modelling enhancement.

4. Internal Customers Support.

5. Support business functions with their data/information needs.

6. Govern data sharing and ensure the data have been access only by authorized people.

7. Adhere to processes, procedures, activities and systems for accurate recording and reporting of BI platforms.

8. Participate in Technology Business Planning cycle through identification of projects plans.

9. Coordinate with vendor to support problem and facilitate any upgrade of BI systems and any upgrade in the existing data models.

• BSC in Computer/IT or Computer science.

• Previous experience SQL, RDBM, Big Data and data modelling.

• Previous experience in management or leaderships roles.

• Statistics experience is desirable.

• Mobile Telecommunications background desirable

• 4+years’s relevant working experience in telecomm BI solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of Big Data, Nosql, RDBMS and data modelling approach.

• Good understanding of Business flow and business requirements.

• Excellent experience in SQL, PL/SQL.

• Good knowledge in Cloudera stack such as Hadoop, Hive, Impala.

• Knowledge in data analysis programming language such Python/R.

• Data Science & Machine learning Knowledge.

• Having good knowledge in one of standard BI tool.
