About the Role
Job Purpose:
Develop & execute ideas for HAC segment to retain customers. Coordinate the marketing effort of these products by performing the following duties.
Key Tasks/Accountabilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long range and coordinate at all stages with ENG, IT, FIN, Sales when it comes retention for the HAC segment
Maintain the balance for value proposition for HAC.
Monitor success of HAC retention products based on factors such as market appealing, serviceability, customer experience …
Responsible for the returnees KPI and existing Revenue/MOU of the base for HAC
Monitor monthly, quarterly and statistical reports against business targets for the specific offers & promotions.
Monitor competition in their loyalty activity and come with execution plans.
Continuously monitor overall market for loyalty, satisfaction, threats, recommendations etc.
Identify HAC loyalty and churn issues at regional/local levels and rectify these issues for timely resolutions and co-ordinate with the other segment retention units
Develop and execute products to help meeting the target and retaining customers for the HAC
Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within his/her responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policies.

What We Need From You
Dimensions:
Marketing role – needs 4 years relevant experience
Contribution to development of prepaid Marketing Plan and processes
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications/Experience:
B.Sc in Economics or relevant field.
2 years experience in business development.
Relevant professional Marketing/Business qualification essential
Having previous strong track record of success in major new product launches
Ability to speak and write Arabic and English essential
Knowledge:
Good understanding of the Sudan market and Zain business strategy, goals and competitive environment
Knowledge of current best practice market research methods and approaches
Relevant IT understanding
Mobile Telecommunications and product knowledge
Skills:
Highly developed communication and reporting skills (verbal and written)
Planning analysis skills
Highly developed skills in use of relevant IT packages including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint etc.
