About the Role

Department/Section: Commercial / Retail Sales   

Job Title:        Shop Quality Specialist          

Reports to:     Retail Quality Assurance Team Leader

Job Purpose:

 

  Responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve the retail shops in order to meet established quality standards.

Key Tasks/Accountabilities

  • Address and resolve shops issues and implement solutions with superiors.

  • Make recommendations for shops improvement.

  • Responsible for shops quality checks and follow up the implantation of the observations that become to an action plan.

  • Ensure that all quality standards are observed across all Zain Shops.

  • Identifies and analyses issues, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple shops; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.

  • Conducting audits of shops physical appearance to ensure that they are meeting quality standards.

  • Manging the third parties for any required civil work in Zain Shops.

  • Evaluate the new locations in term of civil and design requirements.

  • Utilizing the available budget to enhance the retail shops quality.

  • Provides resolutions for retail shop civil problems.

What We Need From You

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in civil/ architecture engineer

  • Minimum 2-3 years civil/ architecture engineering experience

  • Certification in quality management is preferable

  • Project Management certification is an advantage.

  • Facility Management Knowledge is preferable.

 

Knowledge:

  • Working knowledge of quality assurance execution.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, skills

  • Strong problem solving.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation, problem resolution and customer service.
