About the Role
Job purpose
You will be responsible for as a Customer Value Management (CVM) specialist for the Segment unit, this is the key role is to create, design, develop, evaluate and manage Below the Line (BTL) of activities.
Responsible for plan, creating and executing the Contextual marketing strategy to achieve agreed KPI targets.
Job description
Your main key tasks/duties will be:
Responsible for the ongoing analysis and interpretation of trends in the Customer Base to drive insights and actions.
Responsible for the revenue generated for Segment unit and counts/subscriptions through CVM activities.
Manage day-to-day operational matters of CVM campaigns and CMS platform for Segment.
Point of contact for BTL day-to-day to the Segment unit
Responsible for the ongoing measurement and evaluation of the campaign for Segments.
Arrange internal campaign approvals, if necessary, for campaigns proposed by CMS TL.
Provide Arabic/customized language translation of SMS messages to be broadcast and manage all awareness messages and efficiency.
Responsible of campaigns business cases preparation and approval.
Responsible for the ongoing measurement and evaluation of CVM campaign for Segments.
Evaluate campaigns and prepare report for performance per campaign and monitor to meet CVM KPI’s
Universal control group (UCG) monitoring and analysis,
Liaison with DWH/IT/vendor/CC for resolving issues with data/connectivity/files/complains/etc.
Responsible of communicating BTL campaigns to internal stakeholders.
Campaign opportunity assessment / base analysis.
Continuously monitor overall market for loyalty, satisfaction, threats, recommendations etc.
Report on customer delight score/feedback.
Make sure that the regional distribution is considered in the CVM program.
Manage and apply the Customer Value Management program to enhance brand/customer experience
Coordinates at all stages with the CVM Leader and heads of other segments.
Provide daily, weekly, monthly, annually reports on revenue performance of the segment.
Manage and implement all strategic responsibility as highlighted in annual strategic plan.
Ensure compliance with all applicable policies & regulatory requirements on Information Security.
Manage ad-hoc tasks assigned by the TL or management that relate to segment unit.
What We Need From You
Qualification and experience
You will be asked to have:
B.S.c in Economics, Business or relevant field. MBA is preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant marketing or commercial product development and management.
Relevant professional Marketing/Business qualification essential.
Should have previous strong track record of success in major new product launches.
Sound Knowledge of current best practice methodologies around product development, business analysis, market research methods and approaches.
Mobile Telecommunications and product knowledge.
Skills
International Leadership experience is preferred.
Highly developed skills in use of relevant IT packages including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Highly developed communication and reporting skills (verbal and written).
Preferred Knowledge in analytical tool (eg. Tableau/Power BI/SQL)
Ability to professionally speak and write Arabic and English essential.
