Job Title: Customers Analytics Team Leader
Reports to: CVM & Customers Analytics Manager
Job Purpose:
The Customers Analytics Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of analysts to provide data-driven insights that inform marketing strategies, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth.
Key Tasks/Accountabilities:
Data Analysis and Insights:
Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing data to provide actionable insights.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting.
Develop and maintain analytical models and tools to support marketing decision-making.
Marketing Performance Measurement:
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, etc.).
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
Provide detailed reports and dashboards to track marketing performance against objectives.
Customer Behavior Analysis:
Analyze customer data to understand behavior patterns, preferences, and trends.
Segment customers based on behavior and value to tailor marketing strategies.
Use predictive analytics to identify potential churn and high-value customers.
Strategy Development and Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention.
Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing spend and improving ROI.
Support strategic initiatives with comprehensive data analysis and research.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to align analytics with business goals.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with overall business strategy.
Technology and Tools Management:
Utilize advanced analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Tableau) to conduct analysis and generate insights.
Stay updated on the latest analytics technologies and recommend their adoption to improve team efficiency.
Manage data sources and ensure seamless integration of data across different platforms.
Continuous Improvement:
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team by encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices.
Identify opportunities to enhance data quality and analytics processes.
Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in marketing analytics.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous skill development.
Allocate tasks and projects to team members based on their skills and expertise.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
