About the Role
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Corporate Communications and Sustainability Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
Greet visitors and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel according to their needs.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail; ensure all communications are redirected accordingly.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges and manage memberships).
Update appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and organize the venue bookings.
Assist in the coordination of front-desk activities, including distribution of correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Provide administrative support to various departments.
Help organize office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Support the management team with operational issues and project management as required.
Handle inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
What We Need From You
Recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communication, or a related field.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
