About the Role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Engineering Department / Network Operations Center division for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring Telecom Network’s systems and infrastructure including Core Network & Radio Access Network.

  • Monitoring the network performance and quality KPIs of overall services.

  • Creating, assigning, and following up on the failure tickets according to the defined SLAs and Zain policies.

  • Assisting and following up with related teams throughout problems until resolution, aiming to maximize the network’s availability and minimize its downtimes.

  • Clearing alarms and managing faults related to the Telecom Network’s elements, through fault detection.

What We Need From You

University Major/s: Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering or a related fields
