About the Role
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Human Resources and Administration Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Develop and deliver compelling, informative internal communications content, including written and visual materials.
Design engaging digital artworks that effectively communicate the value and impact of internal projects.
Demonstrate proficiency in using various social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
Create social media monthly calendar including captions, hashtags, and slogans.
Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns.
Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
What We Need From You
A Bachelor's degree in:
Digital Media, social media, or any related field.
Soft skills
Creativity: Ability to generate innovative and original ideas.
Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in ensuring accuracy and quality.
Adaptability: Willingness to embrace new design trends and techniques.
Time management: Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
Proficiency in social Media platform, tools, and metrics.
