Job Title: B2B Marketing Performance & Reporting Specialist
Reports to: B2B Products Development Team Leader
Job Purpose:
To ensure that all information and data from the systems is captured, documented, analysed and reported in a results-based and timely manner that provides with solid business insights to support B2B growth.
Key Tasks/Accountabilities
Provide insights to marketing teams on new offers, add-ons, etc. concerning pricing considerations
Create new reports and report templates and modifies existing report parameters
Assist the B2B marketing team with pricing models, business cases, insights, and recommendations Support sales teams in successful bids in new businesses and retention offering.
Liaise with BI and IT teams to collect data and build dashboards.
Interpret the data from network, Customers, Revenue, etc and assist management on data interpretation and trend analysis
Support in
Ensure in-depth understanding of customer behavior, attractiveness of benefits, and company financial data (e.g., blended rates, interconnection costs, etc
Provide up-to-date analyses of the customer behaviors and of the competitive landscape
Daily, weekly, monthly reporting
Establish marketing forecast of revenues and gross margins and coordinate the design of the B2B budget
Analyze and comment on business performance for reporting purposes (e.g., Performance Reports)
Other duties as directed by the Manager or top management.
Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within his/her responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policies.

What We Need From You
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Intelligence/ Research, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Economics, or any other related registration from a recognized professional institute
Minimum 2-3 years from telecom industry
MBA would be a plus
A certification in Business Analysis / or Analytics is desirable.
Knowledge:
Commercial Awareness and Financial Analysis
Understanding of telecom products and underlying technology
Familiarity with data analytics tools (eg. Tableau/ Python/ Excel,…etc) are desirable.
ICT / Fixed connectivity growth trends
Mobile Telecommunications and product development knowledge.
Skills:
Highly developed communication and reporting skills (verbal and written)
Strong analytical thinking and problem Solving skills
Highly developed skills in use of relevant IT packages including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Design skills in research and evaluation
