Job Title: B2B Products Development Specialist
Reports to: B2B Products Development Team Leader
Job Purpose:
To develop, launch profitable new products and solutions through all PLC stages that provide business customers with attractive and flexible offerings to increase business segment contribution to the overall company and reach international standards.
Key Tasks/Accountabilities
Participate in introducing and designing enterprise business strategy & roadmap with executive stakeholders.
Work closely with the cross functional team to deliver and implement roadmap, Team will include Technology, Commercial, Finance, Legal, regularity ...etc.
Prepare the business required documents for all new products and solutions developed by the B2B.
Capable of developing commercial business cases and getting approvals.
Identify market best practices and insights relevant to products portfolio.
Good understanding of Salesforce and be able to demonstrate end-to-end management of lead to sale cycles.
Market Intelligence: being the expert on the competition and how to make them irrelevant.
Monitor monthly, quarterly and statistical reports against budget /business case on sold/activated/new additions/revenues of B2B
Monitor success & progress of new products based on factors such as market appealing, serviceability; cost, profitability, penetration & growth opportunities...
Propose and prepare innovative value proposition for all B2B products and promos based on sales recommendations, market research and customer feedback,…etc. that create or satisfy market needs/ want.
Execute and monitor (Mobile, Fixed connectivity & ICT) product life-cycle and analyze performance of each product to propose enhancements, extensions, termination, etc.
To create and develop internal and external awareness for all existing products portfolio for B2B segment
Responsible for budgeted KPI’s (New customers MOU & revenue, Gross adds ,……etc.)
Develop product positioning, messaging, and other marketing and sales assets for each assigned product(s)
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
Manage and coordinate with sales department on commission scheme, and continuously monitor direct impact on newly launched customers and value
To be fully responsible for contributing towards achieving Zain financial goals by acquire high value customers and minimizing churn among B2B customers through developing and launching number of products (Voice –Data –Digital –VAS – Fixed connectivity & ICT ) and promotions that address market needs/ want.
Review the feedback from technology and develop the product specification until the project is detailed and the implementation timeline has been agreed
Provide preliminary assessment on the technical viability of the project
Produce customer-facing product demos, video, webinars, and other content to increase product adoption and usage
Lead and facilitate product positioning trainings for Sales, Service, and Support team.
Other duties as directed by the Manager or top management.

What We Need From You
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Intelligence/ Research, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or any other related registration from a recognized professional institute
Minimum 2-3 years from telecom industry
MBA would be a plus
Project Management certification is an advantage
CPM/ CPMM or CIM or any other relevant marketing professional certification is desirable.
Knowledge:
Commercial Awareness
Understanding of telecom products and underlying technology
ICT / Fixed connectivity growth trends
Mobile Telecommunications and product development knowledge.
Skills:
Highly developed communication and reporting skills (verbal and written)
Strong analytical thinking and problem Solving skills
Highly developed skills in use of relevant IT packages including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Design skills in research and evaluation
