About the Role
Job Title: B2B Business Solutions Specialist
Reports to: Business Solution Team Leader
Job Purpose:
The Corporate Business Solution Specialist will work with the Corporate Sales team to research and understand the technical needs of the customer and define the overall technical and business solution that provide key business value
Key Tasks /Accountabilities
Responsible for the design of ICT solutions for corporate and Zain VIP individuals, develop Business analysis and plans based on a real-time analysis
Define which Zain BS products are best to address prospect business requirements
Accountable for technical consultation for different business entities (Major companies, SMEs and Government etc.)
Liaise closely with colleagues in own team and department i.e. corporate Sales and Customer Service and cross-departmentally i.e. Operations, IT and Billing to ensure integrated approaches to optimize capacity and service to drive up customer satisfaction and retention.
Follow up Solution implementation according to the planned design, and any needed modification to improve the overall effectiveness of the solutions.
Support Corporate team in handling all after services issues and complaints and ensuring customers escalations are communicated to the correct departments
Define technical responses and processes for corporate customer requests
Understand product functionality / capability gaps, and then defines ways to address gaps using product enhancements, partners, etc
Review customer operations for business process improvement opportunities
Participate in developing and implementing the corporate Sales strategy
Prepare prices, value propositions for all terminals that serve consumer and corporate segments as well as designing promotions in line with corporate sales recommendations, market research and customer feedback needs.
Work with the Business Development Managers in supporting product launch requirement and schedules.
Provide education, training and technical solution discovery sessions to corporate sales and others in Zain
To be fully accountable for contributing towards achieving Zain financial goals by acquire high value customers, retain customers and minimizing churn among consumer and corporate terminals subscribers through developing and launching number of consumer and corporate terminals and promotions that address consumer and corporate market needs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce and be able to demonstrate end-to-end management of lead to sale cycles
Participate on introducing, launching and managing of different terminals for enterprise segments
Prepare the presentation material required for sales deals and ensure corporate customers are updated with the current corporate portfolio
Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on activation, revenues, Service Quality
Participate at sessions, conferences, meetings and other events as needed by Product Marketing and commercial team Management
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all Zain products, features, functions, and benefits
Ensure compliance with all applicable policies & regulatory requirements on Information Security
What We Need From You
You will be required to have
University degree (BSc in Telecom/Computer engineering/Computer science)
Minimum 2 years technical support experience in telecom industry or IT operation and services
Understanding of telecom, international ICT, digital & Cloud Services trends
Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills
MSc/ MBA or any professional certification is advantage
CCNA , CCNP or any networking certificate is a plus
Knowledge of the service industry both for business and consumer markets
Excellent communicator (verbal, written and presentation skills)
Excellent analysis and synthesis skills
Perfect Arabic as excellent English required
Skills :-
Highly developed skills in use of relevant IT packages including Excel. Word, PowerPoint etc.
Excellent ability to gather business requirement and transform them into practical solutions.
Customer oriented and has excellent Interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation, etc)
Highly developed communication and reporting skills (oral and written).
Solid presentation skills including the ability to explain products features.
Has an open mind about solutions.
Problem solving.
Forward Planning skills .
Conflict handling and resolution skills.
Good understanding of best practice in Change Management processes and methodologies.
