About the Role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Consumer Business Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Accompany products and features throughout the entire product lifecycle – from an idea to a product and Coordinate the successful roll-out of new products and features.

  • Providing assistance in analyzing & validating the commercial requirements and its suitability from a business, technology and system fit within the current portfolio and current system capabilities.

  • Simply, Specify and develop product requirements in a clear manner using proper tools & a well-organized language and as per the standard processes.

  • Collaborate with product teams, engineers, IT developers, UI/UX and other stakeholders to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs.

  • Be the high-availability resource for answering questions posed by technical business analysts, developers, engineers and designers about the product specification.

  • Ensure that prioritization is aligned to larger strategic objectives.

  • Manage the implementation pipeline and aid the department project manager by anticipating bottlenecks, providing proper escalation to management, anticipating and making tradeoffs, and balancing the business needs versus technical constraints.

  • Follow up on roadmap implementation in coordination with IT and Engineering project managers to ensure optimum delivery and utilization.

  • Coordinate with business simulation team on outcomes and results of the user experience tests.

  • Handing over the developed & tested products and features to product owner to be commercialized in the market. 

  • Keep up to date with technology trends that may help the company in providing new services, reducing cost or enhance the customer experience for the customers.

  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

A Bachelor's degree in:

Telecommunication, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
