Role Purpose
Zain Iraq is Actively Recruiting to hire POS Management Agent The jobs at this level are responsible for collecting data related to competition availability, visibility, pricing, sales, and source of supply of the various telecom products within the coverage area. They understand and abide by applicable policies and procedures with the aim of the achievement of plans and objectives. They also report consumers’ feedback and follow up on consumers’ complaints within the coverage area.
Responsibilities
Understand POS Management strategy and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets
Implement POS Management policies and procedures to ensure the fulfilment of organizational requirements whilst delivering high-quality services
Handling process to complaints, and ensuring the consistency of POS life-cycle actions (Member)
Ensure POS’s owner engagement with Zain IQ products and full awareness of consumers' detailed benefit plans
Ensure that all the requirements for POS motivation are supplied and alignment of internal process
Implement programs at POS within the coverage area to support Zain IQ initiatives and new product launches
Conduct specific surveys within the coverage area, when needed, and recommend changes/improvements to coverage, practices, and processes.
Distribute/ place POSM within the coverage area, to ensure Zain IQ products and promotions’ communication to consumers
Ensures timely and effective delivery of the critical information impacting on POS performance (products, commissions…)
Ensures consistency and language of communication via different channels by developing templates and guidelines.
Submits the requirements for marketing printed material
Ensure that all the POS acquisition targets, POS activation process, and POS welcome stage actions are according to process.
Ability to gain market insight and tackle issues, accordingly, to provide a solution per each,
Ability to provide a new initiative based on market needs and monitoring,
Ability to present projects to the higher management,
Ability to work outside the office and visit the POSs among all regions.
Education, Experience and Competencies
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration-related field or equivalent
Experience
Up to 2 years of experience in the related field
