About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to Operating and maintaining Zain’s Billing System platforms and insure system availability and analysis of various products and services. Also, recommending new initiatives and improvements in addition to generating statistics and KPIs reflecting the performance of billing systems and ensuring timely and professional resolution of customer complaints.

Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:

• Handling the Billing functions & work activities in line with the stated goals

• Monitoring Billing System license/capacity and the associated platforms.

• Collaborating with the Marketing function to implement and deploy new changes related to Business configuration and to ensure functionality of related operations

• Following DevOps global standards and apply them to automate repetitive work processes

• Monitoring Billing Systems’ KPIs and report any anomalies.

• Identifying and communicate liabilities to responsible parties and ensure that only authorized parties are eligible to access and/ or modify systems, applications, and information.

• Assessing organizational security threats and their impact and take actions to eliminate/ reduce risk areas.

What We Need From You

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related field.

• Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience.
