About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to Conducting internal investigations of possible violations of Zain Jordan’s internal policies/procedures, Laws & Regulations. These include but are not limited to; alleged fraud (internal and/or external); corruption; regulatory breaches; information leakage; cybercrime; and other matters that may seriously impact vital interests of the company.

Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:

  • Conduct investigations related to threats originating from external sources outside the company, and internal incidents and issues.

  • Receive alerts, complaints, cases from different internal and external sources to be validated and investigated.

  • Incident Validation & Analysis by checking system/application logs, checking database tables for operational transactions , and checking applications and tools.

  • Extracting documents from the Documentum system and validating these contracts/documents manually, and extracting reports from different systems.

  • Checking available internal procedures and policies related to the act mentioned in the incident.

  • Requesting reports, justifications, clarifications, and documents from different parties including system owners, business owners, suspected employee’s management and any other party as needed.

What We Need From You

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or any related field

  • Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience.
