About the Role
The duties of a telesales representative range from lead generation to direct sales and customer relations. An effective telesales agent will close leads and ensure customers are satisfied enough to continue doing business with their company.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
Learn details about our product and service offerings.
Address any questions or issues customers may have.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.
Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
Keep an updated customer database.
Measure identified KPIs.
Always strive towards meeting sales quota
Track and document calls and sales.
Update client records.
Prepare and present achievements and KIPs
Meet customers virtually and face to face
Achieve monthly or quarterly given sales target.
Maintain strong relationships with customers.
Qualifications and Experience
University student (2nd year and above) or a fresh graduate.
Experience is a plus.
