Role Purpose
Zain Iraq is Actively recruiting to hire Employee Growth and Relation Expert who is responsible for ensuring the contribution of the Department to the success of HR operations. The jobs in this level have supervisory responsibility for a team of individuals undertaking HR assignments. The jobs in this level are responsible for the provisioning of recommendations and guidance and are considered experts in the field of HR.
Key Accountabilities
Understand and participate in the development of the Human Resources Strategy and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets
Implement and suggest improvements for the Human Resources Department policies and procedures
Draft HR-related material and documentation to ensure requirements are met
Draft HR policies, procedures and processes in line with Zain IQ organizational plans and requirements
Resolve operational and administrative issues pertaining to HR-related activities and ensure proper escalation
Collaborate with other Supervisors on assignments/projects related to the specialization area and provide counseling/coaching services to staff
Assist in the development of junior staff through the provisioning of coaching and development planning
Review the periodical and ad hoc report analyses to ensure effective performance monitoring and reporting
Implement approved HR/administration policies, processes, and procedures and monitor adherence
Prepare training needs analysis documentation and distribute to concerned parties for the identification of needs
Review the research and analysis conducted on suppliers for technical and non-technical training programs/courses
Review feedback on and evaluation of training programs satisfaction levels
Review the documentation/templates required for assessment reviews and participate in the review process
Conduct analysis of assessment review results and generate development needs recommendations
Provide input to KPIs and targets identification for employees
Prepare and implement performance objectives schedule and plan
Prepare and implement performance evaluation schedule and plan
Prepare analysis for the performance evaluation.
Conduct all meetings and training plans for PIP and follow up on PIP cases on monthly bases.
Prepare employees promotions budget and follow up on related requests from validation till implementation.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration-related field or equivalent
Experience
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar role
