About the Role

Handling the sales of Zain’s products and services directly to customers, dealing with their inquiries, conflict, perception, worries and suggestions, as well as carrying out necessary actions in order to solve their conflicts.

Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:

  • Greeting and offering assistance towards customers entering the Shop/ Franchise Shop in a cheerful and professional manner.

  • Representing a sound understanding and consciousness of customers' inquiries, conflicts, perceptions, worries, complaints, and suggestions, as well as facilitating and resolving customers' inquiries and conflicts through comprehensible guidance in a timely manner.

  • Accomplishing sales by constantly offering various suitable preferences, desires and necessities towards customers, facilitating and resolving customers' inquiries and conflicts through comprehensible guidance in a timely manner.

  • Demonstrating and acquiring needed information and requirements from customers in a variety of dealings and transactions in compliance within Zain's policies, standards and procedures.

  • Handling customers' payments accurately and carrying out the necessary consequential proceedings with regard to the payments' purposes such as line reactivation, handing a sold product, etc...

  • Contacting and cooperating with related and concerned parties in order to fulfill, resolve and follow up on customer inquiries, complaints, and conflicts within procedures.

  • Extending job knowledge by constantly following up on the new offered services and products by Zain and other competitors.

  • Suggesting and recommending process and knowledge improvements and always abiding to new bettering initiatives.

  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

What We Need From You

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
