About the Role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Technology and Digital Innovation Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

• Handling the Billing functions & work activities in line with the stated goals. 

• Follow DevOps global standards and apply them to automate repetitive work processes.        

• Monitor Billing System license/capacity and the associated platforms.            

• Collaborate with the Marketing function to implement and deploy new changes related to Business configuration and to ensure functionality of related operations.     

• Handle systems operations and resolve any problems that may arise.               

• Follow-up on customer’s problems and complaints. 

• Monitor Billing Systems’ KPIs and report any anomalies.        

• Identify and communicate liabilities to responsible parties and ensure that only authorized parties are eligible to access and/ or modify systems, applications, and information.            

• Conduct periodic health checks and preventive maintenance.              

• Implement systems changes on production environment in accordance with the change management process.       

• Monitoring the Bill production process, contributing to the overall invoice layout, and ensuring adherence to the set guidelines.          

• Coordinating with the Finance and Wholesale functions regarding roaming and interconnection related billing issues including setting rates and tariffs, settling bills and resolving discrepancies.     

• Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

What We Need From You

The suitable candidate should have the following requirements:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field.

Technical skills:

• Oracle ,SQL Server, PL-SQL ,Data Base programming background

• knowledge in software programming & shell scripting

• Knowledge in Unix & Linux operating systems
