About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to Assisting in job evaluations, the development of incentive schemes and explaining them to employees, and coordinating related activities. Ensuring the proper utilization of compensation and incentives in driving organizational performance.

Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:

  • Undertaking and developing Compensation and Benefits initiatives and programs utilizing the latest trends and practices, implementing results according to set objectives, in addition to providing any relevant recommendations of matter.

  • Reviewing the salary structure according to job analysis and evaluation, and market changes, reviewing benefit packages and allowances according to latest trends as well as assisting in position mapping due to the internal salary scale.

  • Keeping track of relevant expenses and allowances as per set budgets by following up on and analyzing relevant costs such as payroll and overtime, administrative, training, travelling, etc.

  • Process monthly employee allowances and coordinate between all parties, including monthly & annual reconciliation.

  • Preparing monthly and quarterly related reports (internally & externally.

What We Need From You

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field

  • Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience.
