About the Role
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Human Resources and Administration Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.
Participating in the conduction of periodic job analysis and evaluation to support the execution of OD projects in order to improve organizational efficiency.
Contributing ideas and suggestions to help build and release new OD initiatives, programs, and events to ensure the successful fulfillment of the objectives of such OD activities.
Coordinating awards and recognition program through identifying beneficiaries and conveying performance related information to be evaluated against set criteria to ensure the appropriate recognition and rewarding of the different levels of performance.
Providing employees with information regarding OD updates and practices through releasing announcements via group email as well as preparing the division’s input to Zain’s intranet page and HR application to ensure a thorough perception that serves OD objectives
Maintaining updated records through proper documentation of information relevant to the divisions’ activities to serve as a reference in generating requested reports and to be used in OD related initiatives.
Other Duties related to the Job assigned by Direct Supervisor.
What We Need From You
The suitable candidate should have the following requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration , Industrial Engineer, or any related field.
