Role Purpose

Zain Iraq is actively recruiting to hire a Sales Support System Operation Coordinator responsible for providing reports and summarized details to Indirect Sales management /  sales team to improve their daily operations and to control the market share beside ensuring their target achievement and monitor other competitor activities and market gap.

Responsibilities
  • Understand Sales Support strategy, and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets.

  • Implement Sales Support policies and procedures in order to ensure the fulfilment of organizational requirements whilst delivering high-quality services.

  • Sales Monitoring Reports (KPIs and Dashboards) creation.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by developing and implementing data quality checks.

  • Improve data modelling and analysis.

  • Optimize data analytics processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of results.

  • Managing sales reports for SIM cards, vouchers recharge and data device activations.

  • Design, develop, and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor and track sales performance.

  • Regularly generate reports that provide insights into sales activities and outcomes

  • Implement data quality checks to ensure reliable and accurate information is used for decision-making

  • Monitor and analyze sales trends and performance metrics for these products.

  • Perform detailed data analysis and modelling using Excel.

  • Manage and manipulate databases using Access.

  • Create and deliver impactful presentations of data findings using PowerPoint

  • Write comprehensive reports summarizing data analysis results.

Education, Experience and Competencies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in a similar role
