About the Role

Plays a crucial role in ensuring that teams understand and implement Agile methodologies effectively to deliver high-quality products and services. Leads digital projects using Agile methods, collaborates with the team, manages communication, and tracks progress. Ensure resources are available, identify risks, and keep stakeholders informed. Drives project success by applying time and risk management.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Manage and lead the digital project plans, timelines, and schedules in alignment with Agile methodologies.

  • Collaborate with the digital team to define and allocate tasks effectively within project timelines.

  • Facilitate clear communication channels between the digital team, internal stakeholders, external vendors, IT teams, and project managers.

  • Ensure timely updates on project progress, changes, and updates are communicated to all relevant stakeholders.

  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including plans, meeting notes, status reports, and updates, reflecting any changes in project scope or requirements.

  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings such as kick-offs, team meetings, and status updates, including preparation of agendas, materials, and capturing meeting minutes.

  • Assist in resource allocation and management, ensuring team members have the necessary tools and support to fulfill their tasks effectively.

  • Identify and document potential risks to project success, collaborating with the project team to address and mitigate these risks.

  • Monitor task progress and deadlines, following up with team members to collect status updates and address any issues impacting project timelines.

  • Provide performance and quality reporting on projects to ensure early identification of possible bottle necks or points of conflict within a project.

  • Identify and escalate project issues or roadblocks to the appropriate channels for resolution.

  • Address stakeholder inquiries and requests, providing regular updates on project status and managing changes to project scope, schedule, or requirements.

  • Ensure that all stakeholders of the project are deliverable oriented and engaging with them on a periodic basis for proper progress tracking.

  • Applying time management and risk management (risk quantification / qualification) with contingency planning.

  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with project stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive project environment.

  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

What We Need From You

Our Ideal Candidate has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Preferred certificates: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
