About the Role

Supporting role to product manager, manage operational activities and analytical work related to products. Task oriented activities assignments related to marketing, reporting, raising internal requests, analysis, administration, presentations and project management. 

Main Responsibilities and Duties
  • Work with Product Managers on product management and development activities.

  • Conduct competitor industry analysis for identifying and proposing product improvement initiatives. Local and regional benchmarking.

  • Conduct product performance reporting and analysis. Present report findings to product manager. 

  • Address product related inquiries and questions from customers, internal stakeholders in accurate and timely manner.

  • Action internal processes for purchasing based on management direction, including raising PR, following up on approvals, stock allocation and internal support to define products in the system.

  • Support in activities related to measuring, analyzing, and positioning of the product line.

  • Work with marketing teams to support product marketing activities.

  • Assist in preparation for promotions and media activities.

  • Prepare product marketing presentations.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, policies and priorities.

  • Assist in operational work related to conducting marketing campaigns and tradeshows for product promotions.

  • Assist sales team with required documentation and product inquiries.

  • Raise technical requests to technology teams based on products requirements.

  • Support in project management activities by organizing meetings, taking minutes notes, circulating minutes and follow-up on action plans.  

  • Conduct mystery shopping to identify market prices by competition and propose enhancements based on the market.

  • Review customer touch points : examples SMS message contents, email contents, communication look and feel, and any suggest enhancements

  • Support in new systems or processes scenario-based testing and making sure all the product manager requirements are executed per the anticipated results. Report any deviations to product manager.

  • Provide support to other product management tasks.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Marketing or any other related field.

  • 0-4 Years of Experience.

Skills and Knowledge
  • Pro-active with the sense of responsibility.

  • Analytical skills ability to run reports and analyze data.

  • Microsoft Office experience.

  • Awareness of telecom product ability to understand connectivity and Commercial Telecom knowledge.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
