About the Role
Manage the overall running of the sales team.
Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence.
Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against monthly sales targets.
Identify and report information on market trends and requirements for potential market penetration; any market factor that might affect sales.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular reports & forecasts to enable effective forward planning.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses.
Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new supplier by partnering with them.
Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
To liaise with the Commercial Manager, Courses & Events Team Leader and colleagues where necessary to include plans to implement any proposed changes and improvements.
To undertake other duties as requested
To manage the Sales team to achieve the above, through:
The setting of objectives for Outdoor sales agents.
Conducting regular 1 2 1’s meetings and caching with Outdoor sales agents.
Timetable & Absence management for Outdoor sales agents.
Performance management
The support and development of the team
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Zain’s products & services and of relevant sales techniques and provide needed training to Outdoor Sales Agents to ensure that the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible.
Qualifications & Experience
B.Sc. in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 to 8 years' experience in telecoms network or marketing relations.

Identify customer’s requirements correctly, exceed customer expectations and act proactively for ensuring customer satisfaction.
