About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to This role serves as a youth advocate, creating and tailoring projects and programs targeting youth development under Zain Youth Program while providing guidance and mentorship under Reach strategic pillar.

It also cultivates and creates engaging Internal Communication content to connect and inform employees, while crafting compelling visual social media content that strengthens our employer brand and attracts top talent.

Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:

  • Lead the implementation of development programs targeting youth and young adults under the Zain Youth Internships and Externships umbrella.

  • Handle the recruitment process for Zain Youth internship programs, through effective candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding.  

  • Support the implementation of external programs targeting youth segment in terms of youth empowerment, mentorship and encouraging participation in environmental and volunteering initiatives.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify communication plans and Craft compelling internal communication content (e.g., emails, newsletters, infographics, guides).

  • Craft compelling Social Media content calendar to be shared externally on the related platforms.

What We Need From You

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field

  • Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience.
