About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to be responsible for developing end-to-end Enterprise Data Platform and solution design, build and maintain Enterprise Telco model in support of technical specifications and business requirements and perform administration tasks to ensure stable environment. They will work closely with different business and technical departments, cross functional teams and data analytics to design and adapt for any data requirements, carrying out data warehousing operations and processes and developing and implementing processes for Extraction, Transform and Load (ETL).

Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:

• Administering, maintaining, and optimizing the Enterprise Data Platform to ensure high performance and availability, as well as acquiring knowledge of internal and external data sources used to improve the data warehouse and data analysis.

• Perform System administration activities for Enterprise Data Platform including storage & file management, as well as maintaining and customizing data models supporting data requirements and ensuring that system security is maintained.

• Designing, developing, and implementing ETL tools and procedures for Enterprise Data Platform population according to the data lake/warehouse design, architecture, and best practices.

• Performing regular backup and recovery operations to the Data Warehouse and ensuring changes to data sources’ content and format are reflected as well as upgrading the related systems used to ensure best utilization of existing technologies. 

• Monitoring the data warehouse system’s performance and integrity and detecting any issues and subsequently recommending on corrective and preventative maintenance as required.

What We Need From You

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or any related field.

• Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience.
