Quality Assurance Team Member

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to be part of Zain's Technology & Digital Innovation Department, handling trouble tickets received from customers and employees and following up on their resolution. Working on Network elements reconciliation to find mismatches and fix them from the root and reporting the needed actions to related technical teams. In addition, performing system integration tests (SIT) for Zain products and internal projects related to the IT department and ensuring that they are free from bugs and problems before launch.

Main Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
  • Handling customer cases and complaints received through IT systems, then analyzing and resolving them quickly and professionally.
  • Communicating with technical and customer-related functions regarding resolving customer complaints and requests and expediting their resolution.
  • Generating KPI’s and reports regarding problems and issues dealt with as well as the overall performance of IT functions and systems.
  • Handling alteration requests related to subscription batches, resolving customers’ command and contract rejections, and ensuring that associated bugs and malfunctions are resolved promptly.
  • Supporting the system data integrity operations and implementing data manipulation instructions to ensure that the database across the different functions is accurate, reconciled, and adhered to the set procedures and guidelines.
  • Work on Quality Assurance Automation to accelerate the testing process and enhance time to market.

What Do You Need to Qualify

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
