  • Key tasks &; Responsibilities:
  • Identify/create business opportunities related to Financial Service Digital transformation, innovation & Electronic services.
  • Develop business case as required & Prepare annual budget/forecast and business plan for all financial services and products.
  • Produce technical documents such as FRS, SRS, ER, RFP.
  • Follow up on project implementation seeking closure, and oversee the design and implementation of electronic services.
  • Produce periodical KPI reports, and as other reports that support decision making.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies & regulatory requirements in information security.
  • Manage internal systems used for recording revenue and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze customer/agents complain by collaborating with customer care.
  • Manage and respond to service requests by clients/partners within timeframe and according to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and operate data processing system for everyday operations such as transaction entries, withdrawals and deposits and account maintenance.
  • Develop and Monitor the distribution network by collaboration with sales team to grant our service availability level.

What Do You Need to Qualify












Personal Specifications
Qualifications:
  • B.S.c. in Information Technology, business administration or any related field.
  • MSc/ MBA or any professional certification is an advantage.
  • Mobile Telecom, banking or IT.
  • Business Development experience and knowledge is an advantage.
  • Previous experience of PM is mandatory.
  • 3-4 years of experience in product development/management, business analysis, marketing or any relevant field
  • Knowledge of payment systems and financial service.
  • Experience in developing functional and non-functional requirements
  • Experience working closely with team members during development and product launch
  • Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Experience:Min 3 years in relevant experience
Knowledge:
  • Ability to explore, analyze and utilize various software platforms from an end user perspective
  • Ability to work independently and jointly in unstructured environments in a self-directed way
  • Ability to take a leadership role on projects
Skills:
- Must have the ability to understand customer needs and turn them into technical and system requirements.

- Must have very good presentation skills

-Understanding of Technology & Commercial road map.

- Must have strong interpersonal abilities and should like to work with many different people

- Experience in a pressurized working environment with the ability to resolve unexpected conflicting demands in a rapidly changing environment

- Suitability as a role model, self-motivated and a team player

- Must demonstrate the ability to do multi-tasks while be able to produce accurate documents and reports for management
