Job Title: Communications Specialist
Reports to: Communication Team Leader
Plan, implement and oversee internal and external communication Messages, events and programs.
1- Support in managing relationships with Media and digital Media stakeholders
2- In charge monitoring newspapers/ Websites to provide Reports and to Advise on issues of dealing with various activities from communication point of view.
3- In charge, editorially and technically, of internal messaging mechanism and external press releases.
4- In charge of the production and distribution of the monthly Newsletter and other printed material
5- In charge of the production Zain TV magazine, Radio Magazine and Internal video productions.
6- Managing and monitoring all PR materials and perform media analysis and consult with media related vendors.
7- Conduct informed research and provide assessment of competitors’ coverage in various media outlets, and identify and make available significant newspaper and magazine articles to top management and PR team.
8- Coordinate with the website team and act as PR reference with regard to press releases and announcements.
9- Maintain a meaningful relationship with other departments and centres
10- Support in planning and implementation of Media Crisis plans
11- Liaise with PR agency to timely manage the company’s production
12- Work as a focal point and all company documentation requests.
13- Make use of Zain points of sales, offices and receptions to disseminate company corporate and commercial messages suitable for staff and visitors
14- Use creative tools and activities to Insure Zain messages are well implicit internally
15- Undertake any additional relevant tasks/activities as delegated by the online manager
16- Support in managing Zain Archiving project and keep on going updated archiving process

- 2-3 years of progressive relevant experience
- Journalism background
- Copy writing Arabic and English
- Administrative support in the development of the annual media PR plan
